The EU Ecolabel for “light sources” will allow consumers to identify easily the products which have the best environmental performance in the market and manufacturers to show and communicate to their customers that their products are compliant with high environmental standards. That way the EU Ecolabel gives a competitive advantage without setting barriers on trade.
